General terms and conditions & important information for your booking

√ Lift tickets are not included in the prices.

√ If a group is reduced to less than 4 participants, we reserve the right to cancel them merge, or shorten the number of lessons.

√ Multiple teacher changes possible due to the flexible organization.

√ We disclaim any liability for accidents that occur during or before the ski lessons. Accident and liability insurance is the responsibility of the course participants.

√ Unused course tickets will not be refunded, except for medical absence confirmation.

√ Price refunds due to injury or illness only with medical confirmation. Only unused days (difference according to price list) will be refunded.

√ Course cancellations due to weather-related influences (force majeure) will not be compensated.

√ Private courses take place in all weather conditions. √ The course tickets are not transferable! Unused course days expire!

√ You can cancel your bookings free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the course!

√ Means of payment: Online orders: Mastercard, Visa, Paypal, EC-Maestro / ticket sales in the ski school office: Cash (€), EC, Mastercard and Visa

√ In case of contagious diseases or symptoms of Covid 19, participation in a course excluded.

√ All deliveries and services of the ski school based on online orders via the internet, ticket purchases in the ski school office or other online services are based on these terms and conditions.

√ The use of the lifts is not included in the ski course fee. For failures of the cable car the ski school does not provide any compensation for lost lesson times.

Photo & film material
During the course times, ski races or award ceremony, the ski school takes pictures. These are used for advertising purposes (e.g. prospectus, website, Facebook, Instagram). online offer
